MARCH POINT SCORE WRAP UP!
Hi Guys,
Our March point score initially the club champs set down for last weekend, postponed until April due to poor surf conditions, so we swapped around as you guys are aware, hopefully it turns out to be a favorable decision, only time will tell!
Fortunately this point score was held in nice contestable smooth conditions a little fickle on high tide with some waves a little a full at times, considering the big and rough conditions the day before we had excellent conditions.
As often the case when you postpone a point score the numbers are usually down, as was this month, but for those who attended everyone enjoyed the 4 man heats all day!
Thank you for Andrew bringing the gear trailer along also the guys setting up and pulling the gear down at day’s end, the guys tallying were Baz, Locky, Andrew Farago, Mal, Greg, Mark Harris, Ethan with Andrew Wilson and Mal doing the heat draw and sign on start of the day, thank you to all you guys your efforts along with everyone who does any role during the day is greatly appreciated, Locky organised the food for us and is really improving big time on his new log, great to see mate, Mark seemed to have the BBQ well under control.
Great to see Brian Bull come down for the day and doing some judging, after 4 months since his shoulder surgery, I know Brian is patiently waiting to get back in the water, very frustrating process after any major operation.
Look forward to seeing you in the water and remember Club champs in April so no old Mal that day,
